Public Housing

Public housing provides safe, affordable housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities. These properties are owned and managed by the New Roads Housing Authority, offering both apartment units and family homes.

Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for public housing, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Your household income must be within the limits set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for your family size.

Family Size
